"At thirteen, the performance of mitzvot." A hand wrapped in Tefillin, spelling "Shadai," the name of Adonai. The hand reaches up to touch the name of God, for the first time, as a member of the adult community. The tallit creates the background, with Tzit tzit dangling from the corners.
